Interesting program: Office flu tests are not 100% accurate, are expensive,and some insurers will not pay me for doing them (my loss).I feel better using the label after testing or if you're the 10th I've seen that day with the same pattern and all the others had + tests. I use Tamiflu (oseltamivir) in the 1st 48 hrs of illness, but no steroids or antibiotics unless another problem is detected.Fluids & rest is the best treatment
