No: you can through eye hygiene and lubrication see better. Eye exercises rarely if ever help.

Beware: Exercising eye muscles will not eliminate common eye issues that lead to the need for corrective lenses like nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia, glaucoma and macular degeneration.
