Supplements?: On its own elevated B12 is not very meaningful and might just be a result of vitamin supplements. Some kinds of leukemia and liver disease can cause high levels but these are easily picked up on blood tests. If you are taking vitamin supplements, I'd lay off those and recheck the B12 in a month.
