chest pain and inside left arm pain. my symptoms match heart disease and heart failure,diagnosed with gerd after normal echo ecg and chest x-ray. help?

Symptoms : sounds like you don't have what you decided you have. Why don't you discuss with the Doc you saw. Out here we don't know more about you than that Doc does.
