Is klaron (sodium sulfacetamide) lotion good?

Yes: The sulfa in Klaron (sodium sulfacetamide) may help. If your acne is troublesome, prescription treatments can usually clear it up. I generally start with topical clindamycin; i required 25 years on oral tetracycline and got fairly good results, while a dermatologist can clear up even the toughest cases with retinoic acid analogues. Good luck.
