over time i've developed purple painful veins in the skin of my penis. they look bad & hurt, esp after sex or when hot. can they be killed/removed?

Possibly Varicose: You need to be seen as they may be varicose veins and can be corrected to a certain extent. See a urologist.

It's improbable the: veins are causing pain. There could possibly be some venous obstruction causing excess pressure, but it's more likely than not your penis veins are normal. You should consult a urologist about the pain.
