how many days of delay in menstrual cycle is normal. i am concered coz i have been delayed by a week. i have not had unprotected sex.

Delayed period: Periods can be delayed for a number of reasons beside pregnancy and there is no specific number of days of delay that are "normal". Although period regularity is a sign of good health, it is not uncommon for periods to be light, "skip" or delay for hormonal reasons.
