None: Vitamin and mineral supplements are a great way to increase the profit of vitamin and mineral supplement suppliers and makers. Unless you have a very abnormal diet, or have a specific vitamin deficiency based on your genes, you do not need this. If you think you have a deficiency, ask your Doctor to test for that. Otherwise, save your money and use it to go to the gym more often.

179 Year Old?: If you reach 179 you have been doing everything correctly and you will set a new record for age, however any multivitamin along with a good diet should suffice.
