Not much: There is little you can do at 9mo pregnant to make sure you delivery vaginally. Eating a healthy diet without too much sugar (to prevent large babies) and exercising regularly can help women have vaginal deliveries and recover better. Often vaginal delivery can not occur due to things outside of your control such as baby being turned in the wrong way or too big or baby's heart rate dropping

Dr consult necessary: There are many thoughts and studies on this topic. Many doctors feel that a vaginal birth after a c/s is dangerous to mother and baby, while other dr's think a trial of labor is possible. It will require a detailed discussion with your dr.

C Section: I would ask the doctor the reason for a C-section. Even if you have had one before, most women can still give birth vaginally.
