is there a problem using cortisporin (neomycin polymyxin and hydrocortisone) ear drops for an ear infection with meniers?

Maybe: There are two types of ear infections, middle ear and outer ear infections. Cortisporin (neomycin polymyxin and hydrocortisone) is good for outer ear infections, but not for middle ear infections, which usually are the cause of menieres disease, if an infection is the cause.
