Tonsils and nose?: Was your nose recently operated on or are you referring to previous surgery on nose. If old surgery, consider breathe right nasal strips to help open your nasal passages. If not and you has concurrent nasal surgery, consider biotene oral rinse prior to sleep, and keep nasal passages open by using saline nasal sprays and valse line on lips.
