Whoa: This may not be acne. It would be appearing rapidly and late if you're age 25 as you indicate. Real acne responds to topical benzoyl peroxide and/or topical retinoic acid, at least some. Any any competent physician can clear acne, except the most severe cases. Consider calling your local med school's dermatology clinic. Best wishes.
