i have a huge problem with craving unhealthy food. what is the most effective scientific way to decrease my cravings?

Support: Breaking such a habit is often very difficult. True, your cravings may be caused by some other issues, but I would first see a Dr. whom can hopefully get you steered in the right direction- nutritionist or even discussing your problem with a psychologist.
