Scalps bleed: The scalp has a large blood supply to help the body cool down. So if it's injured, say by picking at it, it will bleed more than might be expected. As for what might the bumps might be, it's anyone's guess without a good photo. Have them looked at by a doctor preferably a dermatologist.
