Ive been experiencing vaginal tingling and dont know why i have the need to urinate every few minutes. Its exhausting and i need to sleep.

Sounds like uti: sounds like you have a bladder infection. sometimes a vaginal infection can cause symptoms confusing it with bladder infection so if a urine test is negative, you may need a gyn exam. time for a trip to a clinic.
