Other SSRI's: Other ssri's such as luvox, zoloft, (sertraline) and Celexa may help obsessive thoughts and be less sedating than anafranil. Sometimes finding a medicine that is both effective and tolerable takes a little work. Please talk with your psychiatrist about alternatives. Good luck to you.
