hello and thanks for taking your time to read and hopefully help me out, over the last 3 years i have gained 2 stone and i would like to know some good types of food and workouts to loose weight quite easy and without eating bland food. thanks?

Fasting: yes -- if you have no other medical condition, other than obesity, it is safe to do fasting -- for example a plate of fruit once a day for 1 week then one regular meal a day for another week then a plate of salad a day for another week -- and make sure you drink plenty of water. you can do it!!!
