i have ectopics/pvcs, some weeks i have hardly any, other days i get them every few beats. echo, mra, monitors, ecg, mri of heart all normal. worry?

Probably OK: Most people will have some ectopic beats of PVCs or PACs (premature atrial contractions) If these are isolated and do not cause fainting, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pains, etc. they are probably benign. You describe a fairly complete heart workup which, if normal, makes these minor arrhythmias even less concerning. If you continue to feel anxious or worried, talk to your doc.
