Not yeast: Stephanie, if you become involved in the "yeast overgrowth" cult, the disinformation artists will keep you feeling sick for the rest of your life. It's made up. If you are truly iron deficient, you're losing blood OR poorly nourished and your physician needs to find the cause. Your physician is your best guide; labs only slightly outside the reference range are usually not evidence of disease.
