is it safe to take prilosec, glucosamine, msm, chondroiton, chlorophyll, calcium citrate, multi vitamin, and vitamin d together and daily?

Multiple meds: That is a big load of meds. Some, such as Vitamin D, do not need a prescription or blood test. Over-the counter vitamin D is inexpensive and does not need a prescription. Even better it is already in your milk and you don't really need to buy Vitamin D separately. Do you really need all the others? Look up "NuVal" on the web and see what foods are best for you rather than meds.
