I've felt nauseous all morning. Suddenly my nose feels stuffy but not blocked. And occasionally it feels hard to breathe for a sec . Allergies?cold?

Probably a cold: since allergic diseases , except in anaphylaxis and food allergy, do not usually cause nausea. If the symptoms persist for more than a couple of days or you are getting sicker, check with your doctor especially if breathing problem remains an issue.
