Should blood pressure be lower or equal to 120/80 throughout the day? i heard its normal to fluctuate. how would you know if you have high blood?

Blood pressure: Blood pressure is dynamic and is constantly adjusting. The 120/80 is sort of an average normal, a range of 90 to 140 systolic and 60 to 90 diastolic is not unusual. When the blood pressure gets more than 140 at rest or 160 with exercise we begin to worry about hypertension. When the measured blood pressure is most of the time over 140 systolic, this is abnormal, when its over 90 diastolic abnormal
