Could painful muscles, clicking, grating shoulder, sore throat and fatigue be anything to do with impending menses. How to stop it?

Dr. Mary David
Specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Doubtful: This does not sound like anything associated with your menstrual cycle. This is more likely viral and musculoskeletal ( your shoulder problem). See your primary care provider for an exam and diagnosis to find out how to feel better fast. Best wishes.
