Go see ur family doc: Yellow toilet water may indicate inadequate hydration (causing concentrated urine). Check out http://www.webmd.com/women/features/digestive-problems & http://www.mayoclinic.org/stool-color/expert-answers/faq-20058080 re stool color. Diarrhea is bigger concern as it can cause dehydration. Go see ur family doc who can determine if testing is required as well as appropriate treatment possibly antibio
