how can i tell if i have eczema on my hands or a fungal infection without going to the dr?

Eczyma: eczyma refers to dry patches of skin if these patches get infected it can mimic a fungal infection but generally fungal infections affect the web spaces between the toes and fingers and the lesions look moist and weeping in nature with whitish exudate. In addition eczyma can occur in any part of the body fungal infections love moist areas of the skin
