under ear right side jaw swollen. on/off pain in 2nd bicuspid for 2 yrs. now vertical crack line & gap near base. sometimes tongue swelling. related?

See dentist: Hard to tell given the brief history but the problem may be from teeth grinding or clenching at night causing dental crack (if that's what you meant). Your tongue swelling may also be from biting (from teeth grinding or malocculsion). I would recommend that you consult a dentist first. If the above conditions have been ruled out, see an allergist to evaluate the tongue swelling.

Needs to be seen: If you have had a lymph node (gland) that has been enlarged for more than three months, you should have it evaluated by your doctor.
