If u have cirrhosis & fatty liver & enlarged liver , is it normal to have a yellow patch of skin? Which is getting bigger?

No: Cirrhosis can cause jaundice (yellow skin and sclera of eyes) due to an elevated bilirubin level. If present it would affect all your skin, not just a patch of skin.
