32 weeks, second pregnancy, i am feeling baby move very low down and feeling sharp pains with the movements. is this normal?

It is not abnormal: The baby may have dropped lower into your pelvis and the movements are pushing against other parts of your body causing the sharp pains. Pains felt when a baby moves are not usually a sign of labor. Just to be sure, you may want to be checked by a doctor to make sure that you do not have changes in your cervix consistent with labor. 32 weeks is a bit earlier for the baby to be born.

Possibly: Pregnancy can cause all these symptoms. However I would suggest a urine test to rule out a simple urinary tract infection. I would recommend calling your OB for a visit or going to the emergency room to check you and your baby before anything else is done! Good luck.
