Again, see your PCP: dont look for zebras when it may be something simpler. Read other answe. You've answered your own question perhaps. Look for the obvious. Not brain tumors. That's lower on your differential. Answered this in previous similar question asked.

Varies: What you're experiencing is frustrating. In a 29 year old man with a recent history of rhinitis, chronic rhinitis or sinusitis is definitely a consideration. I'd want to know if there were any additional symptoms associated with what you're experiencing. Do you have a family history of headaches as well - this might put migraine higher on my list. A PCP visit is recommended. Take care!
