A 31-year-old member asked:
what shoes should a waitress wear so she doesn't injure her feet from standing all day?

Podiatry 32 years experience
Support: Shoes that fill well, have adequate arch support and cushion for your feet, and are replaced in a timely manner can help keep you on your feet for hours on end. Generalized arch or leg fatigue might require a good over-the-counter arch supports as well. If these do not provide enough, see a podiatrist.
