Idioventricular rhyt: It means that sometimes the ventricles are contracting independent of stimulation from the atria(the normal mechanism). Idioventricular is a slow rhythm and is not normal. There are multiple possible causes. It should be evaluated by a cardiologist.

Ventricular : This is considered benign in most cases, it means you have a rhythm taking over your normal rhythm, that rhythm originates from one of the ventricles and slightly faster then normal sinus rate ..
Dr. Sheldon Brownstein

Rhythm : Periodic idioventricular rhythm may have no significance particularly if it is asymptomatic. It may be modulated by the autonomic nervous system or high vagal tone

Idioventricular: Rhythm is heart beats arising from ventricle instead of atrium in succession. It's a slower version of ventricular tachycardia. Talk to your cardiologist about its significance as its not a normal finding.
