ER: Look, not having money or insurance won't matter if you're dead. When you have these symptoms, call 911 and go to the ER by ambulance immediately. You will not be turned away for not having insurance. This is a potential emergency. The hospital is required by US law to treat you regardless of ability to pay. Once the emergency is resolved, they'll work with you on payment or insurance enrollment.
