i had a workout session at the gym around 4:30 and i've had a off and on headache not to bad and some pressure in the front of my head. is this bad?

Vague: May not even be related unless this happens every time you workout. Could be exercised induced headache, or possible positional/neck/back movements with the exercises. See a Dr.
