I have a large lump in my belly from breast-belly button, looks like a shelf when standing, football when leaning back. it burns badly what is it?

Hernia?: Have you had any surgery? If sounds like it might be a hernia of the abdominal wall. How long have you had it? Any other symptoms? It could be something else though. Get checked by a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis and plan, which we can't do here. If you have fever, increasing pain or vomiting, or other worrisome symptoms, go to an ER.

You comment that you had a C-section. If the surgical scar is in the same spot then a hernia is likely. If it was a lower, usual C-section scar just above your pubic area then it will not cause a mass from your breastbone to your navel. Get checked.
