Yes: As long as yoy dont put anything smaller than your elbow into the ear. There are a number of OTC ear wax removal kits. (Visine the eye drop maker, has one) Hope this helps Good Luck!!! Dr Z

Why wait for 6 month: First get all wax need to removed professional ( ENT surgeon or you MD ) then maintain a good hygiene and clean your self regularly with a Q tip after shower .simple water is sufficient
