just went to the doctors and all my blood work came back normal could this mean you still have oral herpes?

Oral Herpes: Hi, when you talk about all the blood test, is the HSV titer included? If your HSV titer is negative then you might not have Oral Herpes, in oral HSV the other tests including CBC and chem panels are normal.
