Absolutely!: It is harder to lose weight as we age and some medications may make this more difficult. However, cardio
activities help a great deal such as your boxing class. Your best bet is 5 times weekly for 30 minutes but this can be varied by adding walking into your week. Eating sensibly, but not undereating, is also vital. Undereating is as problemmatic as overeating!
