Bronchial infection: The symptoms you describe suggest you have a bronchial infection. You should be evaluated for treatment.

This could be a viral infection, even influenza with that high fever. Most viral infections except influenza do not cause a high fever however. A visit to your doctor is important to Determine if it is viral or maybe bacterial. Most viral respiratory tract infections start getting better after one week at the latest, and if getting worse, a visit to see your doctor will be needed. Urgent care sometimes is needed.
