my daughter has a very dry cough everytime she eats pineapple.the cough starts immediately after she finish eating.is she allergic to pineapple?

It's possible: If she only has the cough after eating pineapple, it's certainly possible. It would be best to avoid her eating it in the future.

Yes: Most likely this is an allergic reaction to the pineapple. And if it is, the more times she is exposed, the worst the symptoms are going to get. Use loratidine 10mg for post exposure and avoid pineapple or anything that contains pineapple until she is tested.
