hi i have a question i have been having dizziness for 2 or 3 days what is the reason for being dizzy.? i am not dehydrated i been drink lots of water

Upper respiratory: VIRAL infection is one (an a most common) reason. The Eustacian tubes get blocked affecting the balance mechanism of your middle/inner ears! Try some OTC Nasal Spray (Note this is a "FIRST AID" suggestion NOT Medical Treatment! Hope this helps! Dr Z
