what are the tests for kawasaki disease?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Anatoly Belilovsky
34 years experience Pediatrics
Blood count, but...: ...The high platelet count you usually see in kawasaki is rarely needed to make the diagnosis. The combination of 5 days of fever, rash, red eyes, and swollen hands, feet, and a lymph node is usually enough.
