Probably fine: possibly nothing to worry about as it is very close to the normal, but you should double check with an endocrinologist, particularly if you noticed actual enlargement of any part of your body.

A GH suppression test is warranted (GH suppression in response to a 75 gram oral glucose load).

Clinical info?: The art of medicine is much more than interpreting lab Values. Lab values you referred to may not significantly be out of range simply because they don't fit in the interval you listed as normal.labs are always taken as supportive evidence not diagnostic evidence of disease process. Clinical information is what is more essential to a diagnosis of acromegaly than numbers.

Acromegaly: Acromegaly is almost always considered when you have visible changes to your head, hands, or feet.
That said, the change in your body features takes a long time - years- to be apparent.
65-205 is the range but 209 and 211 is so close to the range that you need not be too concerned. Every lab test has some variability.
