See a good doctor: Please be careful...GARCINIA CAMBODIA IS TOTALLY UNPROVEN. Diet and weight loss should be done the good old fashion way..exercise and moderate your diet. In regards to the prolactinoma is a tumor of the pituitary gland in the brain. Prolactin levels are followed..bromocriptine can be used. One has nothing to do with the other I'm afraid.

Can or cannot: Sorry, but you cannot take anything extra for microprolactinoma until you carefully discuss this with the doctor who diagnosed the prolactinoma.
