Chest pain to ER: As a rule, chest pain needs to be evaluated in the ER, especially if associated with shortness of breath, pressure sensation, pain radiating to jaw, arms, upper back, upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting and severe fatigue. Remember that women show atypical symptoms of heart disease. You have risk factors. Please don't risk not being evaluated.
