What can cause darkened urine and some burning sensation during urination?

Microhematuria?: Would be advisable to see medical personel to obtain a urinalysis and culture and provide a through physical exam and history. Darkened urine may result from red blood cells called microhematuria. If found this may be due to a UTI or other cause that would need to be addressed.
