Not necessarily: Not enough detail to answer well, but low back & leg pain are often related.Diarrhea could be related to the back pain, but less likely to the leg.Unless you're getting severely dehydrated (needing IV hydration) or the pain is unbearable, an ER visit may not be best.If you have other symptoms that are more worrying-blood in the stool, very high fever, etc. ER may be necessary.Call your doctor 1st.
