Arm pit pain: The arm pit or axilla has special sweat glands and these can get irritated. This is called a hydradenitis. The hair of the axilla can get irritated with pseudo hyphae or fungal infection. Deeper in the axilla is lymphnodes which can get swollen for various reasons and cause pain.
