Absolutely it can: It has happened to me....It can happen to you! Public speaking or artists who perform are good examples. A person can be as well rehearsed as they want, maybe even taken a few shots.....OF WHISKEY...know the speech or the concerto or the stand up routine COLD as a Rose just dipped in Liquid Nitrogen but come 2 minutes to curtain....they start shaking like they were just hit by the polar express!

And that girl in the picture should take her finger out of her mouth....She doesn't know where that finger's been!--- and she should put a shirt on as well...not just a sleeve....what's that all about? You'd be a millionaire because everyone will find out where you live and what you had for lunch yesterday....you will be an overnight SMASH........but unfortunately, most of the time TREATING THE ROOT CAUSE is difficult since we don't know EXACTLY what the cause is...in the case of Streisand and Bell...we know..it's performance in front of crowds. In your case it may be less obvious.

And if you don't believe me ask either Barbra Streisand and Joshua Bell...perhaps 2 of U.S.'s icons of performers.....they shake, tremble, sweat, and can't think of their names when they are getting ready to perform for the masses....That's pretty anxious, no? But then, they're PERFECT! How?---- A little drug called PROPRANOLOL! Of course, if one could CURE the anxiety in the 1st place then,..

Yes: Severe shaking can be a symptom of anxiety, although it can also be a symptom of other problems. The best idea is to be evaluated by your provider to better determine the problem you are experiencing so it can be treated correctly. Good luck!
