I was scraping the grill at work when it got stuck & my left arm rolled completely forward. it hurt but i continued to work. now it hurts from my shoulder blade to my clavical. what do i do?

Arm pain: As described, it sounds as if your certainly strained your arm, possible injuring your shoulder ligaments/tendons as well. Resting the area, and taking NSAIDS (such as Ibuprofen if not allergic) may help, and then making an appt. with your dr. for a definitive exam and diagnosis. Best wishes.

Possible partialtear: You have Muscle pull and strain from recent injury at work. Apply Ice and Take Anti inflammatory medicine like Aleve (naproxen) or Advil. Some times one may get Partial Rotator cuff tear. Usually it repairs itself with proper rest amd Physical Therapy. You may want to talk to some at work about this so if you need assessment for continued pain and not being able work- can be done with workman comp. nsurance

You have to: see a doctor , or go to ER , as you may have infection from your injury. It is a work related injury you will be medically covered and your doctor will file the claim to workman compensation board ..
