Pre-ejaculate: often does contain sperm. The ejaculate would either need to be deposited in the vagina or at the introitus (opening of vagina) for pregnancy.Pregnancy is much more likely if sexual intercourse occurs several days prior to ovulation. With this scenario - likelihood of pregnancy is rather low. Use protection if not ready for pregnancy.

Recurrent Question: On healthtap about possibility of pregnancy that we have answered many times. Basically if you are ovulating and sperm has any possibility of entering your vagina you could be pregnant. Testing either with a home urine test or a test in the doctors office either urine or serum is the only way to know.
